Jack & Naomi
A family business, run the way we’d want our own home run
Our story
We’re Jack & Naomi Collicott
Our first home, West Street Salisbury, is a dog and family-friendly cottage in Salisbury city centre. Running it taught us what makes a holiday let work. Now we do the same for other owners, from near Andover.
We’re also a military family, so we know how postings and deployments shape where you live, and what happens to the home you own.

How we work
- Your home, your accounts, your money. Listings stay in your name, and every booking pays into your own bank.
- Straight answers. We’ll tell you honestly if your home isn’t right for holiday letting.
- No hidden margins. Cleaning, trades and equipment at cost.
- Members of PASC UK, the professional association for short-term letting.
